A TRUE SUCCESS STORY
In 1963, Albert Benchetrit, who graduated a year earlier in Paris, founded the architecture agency in Casablanca. He developed numerous projects and became a reference in Morocco and Spain.
His son, Douglas Benchetrit, graduated from the same school in 2003 and joined the firm in 2009. Before fully taking over the development of the agency in 2015, Douglas gained experience in international projects.
His fluency in French, English, German, Spanish, and Moroccan Arabic has been a great asset.

COLLECTIVE RESIDENTIAL
Being our main activity, we’ve built many collective residential projects. It goes from city buildings to compounds around pools, tennis courts of golf courses.
MAIN PROJECTS
- 21 towers of 16 floors in Torremolinos, Spain. 1.050 apartments, 163.000m² (1967).
- 611 apartments on 29 acres in Estepona, Spain. 69.000m². This project was only partially finished because of the 2008 crisis.
- « Marbella Golf & Country Club », Spain. 18 holes golf course with 25 villas 250 apartments, 47.000m² in collaboration with Robert Trent Jones.
- « El Rosario » in Marbella, Spain. 190 villas on 85 acres. 48.000m²
- « Jardin Botanico » in Fuengirola, Spain. 42 villas, 340 apartments on 9 acres. 32.000m²
- « Galeries Présidentielles » in Kinshasa, D.R. Congo. 100 apartments on 27 floors with shopping mall and 600 parkings.
- 39 villas, Panama. Project still under construction.
- 400 apartments and shopping area in Temara, Morocco. First couple of buildings delivered in 2022. Latest project under

They can be classic, they can be contemporary, yet it’s always so satisfying to have the opportunity to design mansions.
We’ve built them mostly in Morocco, nevertheless you’ll also find our signature in Marbella or Dubai.

This is an activity we only performed in Morocco. One of our favourites since it’s efficiency oriented. You think productivity and try to build quick.

- « SNAMAR » 6 industrial units in Ain Sebaa 2012 (23.500m²)
- 4 warehouses for EUROPCAR close to Casablanca airport (2.000m²), then transformed and enlarged for the german generator company DEUTZ in 2019 (4.000m²)
- « Foods & Goods » original warehouse & extension in 2018 (Haribo, Red Bull…)
- Pasta factory & distribution hub for MOONY in Bouznika (14.700m²). Construction about to start.
