PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our Philosophy
The professional worlds in which we work bring together people from extremely diverse professional cultures. The key to the success of their joint projects lies in the harmony of the whole, at least as much as in the individual skills of each player.
AMuN bases its specificity on teams who have built their careers in the multiplicity of families that make up these worlds. This cross- functional approach to project management is based on an understanding of the issues at stake for each player, which allows for the integration of everyone’s priorities and constraints in a perpetual optimization process geared towards the final objective.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR
AMuN offers a comprehensive range of budget control services. With extensive experience and knowledge in different asset types, industrial, retail, commercial buildings and data centers, our knowledge and experience will save you time and quality.
STEP A: Feasibility study - Financial Plan A
Undertake a construction cost analysis for proposed developments at an early stage to minimize financial risk and maximize returns for developers.
A “Stage A” cost plan can be prepared from preliminary documents such as floor plans and elevations. At this stage, assumptions are made after discussion with the client and consultants
STEP B: Urban planning - Financial Plan B
This plan is usually drawn up before the building permit is submitted. Its purpose is to establish the overall budget limit and give all stakeholders a reference point for the design development process. A cost-cutting exercise can also be carried out at an early stage if the budget is excessive. Often, important decisions have to be made at this stage.
STEP C: Financial Plan C
The cost plan for stage C requires additional input from consultants such as structural and technical engineers. It is based on the engineers’ preliminary studies and the architects’ proposed finishes. The aim is to ensure that the planned project remains within budget before finalizing the design documentation…
STEP D: Tender - Financial Plan D
This pre-tender cost plan is based on the design documentation and ensures that the overall detailed design is contained in the cost plan, enabling the architect to evaluate the bids submitted. AMuN can prepare cost estimates for contractors for their tenders and new projects. We also prepare quantities for builders in a breakdown format by trade.
STEP E: Construction - Budget management
Banking reports and progressive assessments
- Representation of financial institutions in the preparation of initial reports and progressive assessments for development projects.
Mediation and dispute resolution
- Providing independent cost advice for construction-related disputes.
Cost management
- Monitor and control construction costs during the construction phase. This includes evaluating and recommending progress and change orders, forecasting financial costs and reporting. Ensure that construction costs are in line with the approved budget.
ENGINEERING
“Details make perfection, and perfection is not a detail.”

Commissioning
From the project conception/design stage through the post- occupancy operation and maintenance, the scope of Commissioning Management includes the management, planning, coordination, supervision, validation and documentation of the whole buildings systems, assemblies and equipment Commissioning Process.
The purpose is to verify compliance with the functional objectives. To that end, AMuN proposes, in addition to the design commissionability review, the definition of the testing scope, the delivery of the Commissioning Master Plan and System Manual and the supervision of the buildings initial operation and maintenance right after the handover.
